Our development methodology can be summarized in the following manner:

Step 1:	Understand The Business:  The initial step towards a solution is to understand the challenge or task at hand. This requires the team to understand the business and all it's complexities. The consultants at Aveda Technology have been involved in various projects in a wide range of fields in various institutions, businesses and industries around the country. We can begin by quickly understanding your business and the challenges that are involved with your current task.
Step 2:	Define The Challenge or Task:  Having understood the nature of the business and it's complexities, we can then begin defining the challenge (problem) or task that we are trying to solve. This step would ensure that we are solving exactly what our clients want us to solve.
Step 3:	Gather Business Requirements:  The next stage in the process is to gather the business requirements of what this task needs to solve or manage. What is its business needs that this solution needs to fulfill? What is the business rules that needed to be applied such as calculations and analysis work that might be part of this challenge. This stage ensures the fact that the process of solving the challenge is captured and documented.
Step 4:	Gather Technical Requirements:  In this stage we gather all the technical requirements that this challenge involves. This stage would address questions such as: What systems the company is currently using? Where does the company plan to be in the next few years (as far as technology)? And what limitations are there with the technology that can possibly be used as a solution to this challenge? What is the current communication technology/media being used? Network Bandwidth? Customer interactions? Where is the data or knowledge being kept or maintained? What technology can we look at as viable means to a solution?
Step 5:	Analysis Of The Challenge:  In this stage our skilled and experienced consultants would evaluate and propose various solutions that can be used. Having found the possible solutions we can then begin looking at technology that is right for this solution. This would help us in building the proposal in the next step.
Step 6:	Solution(s) Proposal:  Having looked at all possibilities of solutions, we can then present to the client our proposed solution(s) and we carefully document the pros and cons of each proposed solution, it's cost to implement; so that the client can evaluate the solution that would best suit their needs. We also document in our proposal the technologies that are right for each solution. Our time-proven understanding is that at most times one technology may not solve all the challenges but a combination of technology can better leverage the solution thereby saving the cost of implementing such a solution. . After our client has approved a solution we will then begin the next stage to develop the solution.
Step 7:	Develop Solution:  In this stage, the Aveda Technology' consultants with over ten years of systems development and architecture experience would help develop the solution that is right for you. All solutions developed will be thoroughly tested internally before it gets to the client thereby eliminating any bugs or interface issues. We believe in staging the complete environment and testing all it's interactions before it goes into the client environment.
Step 8:	Deploy Solution:  In this stage, the Aveda Technology' consultants will work with your company employees to implement and deploy the solution. We will be there to support you until the client is comfortable with the new solution.
Step 9:	Training and Documentation:  We at Aveda Technology believe that a system is only as good as the people running it and the support that they can offer during mission critical days. So we strongly believe in documenting the complete system and we offer two kinds of documentation with all our solutions. One aimed for the business and management group which would document the system at a general manner without getting too deep into the architectural aspects of the system and the other aimed towards answering any questions that might be pertinent to an IT employee within your company.
Step 10:	Follow-Up With Our Clients:  The last step is that we follow up and support you with any new developments or changes that you may want to add or modify to the implemented solution.
